How many guests can I bring?

Due to capacity constraints, each graduating student may bring up to two guests. If you wish to invite additional guests, you can coordinate with fellow graduates from the same ceremony to register your guest under their allocation if they have extra tickets available.

Should I RSVP as a graduate for the event?

Yes, you have to RSVP and register your 2 guests before the deadline.

Where can I register my guests?

You can register your guests in the same link you used to register yourself.

All the information is available on the website, and it will also be sent to your IE email account.

Please make sure you register for the right ceremony.

When is the deadline for registering my guests?

You will be able to register and modify your guests until April 22nd at 23:55h CEST via an IE connects form.

After that day and until June 18th at 23:59h, you will have the chance to modify your guests' names by accessing that same form.

You will be notified if additional guests for each student are available after the deadline.

How can I get more guest tickets?

You can obtain them by requesting them from your peers who are attending the same event as you (date and time) and who will not be using theirs. In order for this to work, you must ask them to list your guest as theirs on the registration form. A few weeks before the graduation, if there are still seats available, registration will be opened for more guests on a first come first served basis until full capacity is reached.

I want to register a new guest or exchange a guest for another one.

You can change or add guests (in case you haven't listed your 2 guests) yourself on the registration form until April 22nd at 23:55h

After that day, you may only change your guests' names on that same form. Adding new guests or changing your photo won't be allowed.

We won't accept any modifications after June 18th at 23.55h.

Will there be interpreters translating into other languages?
