Yes, all tickets must have the name of the attending individual due to tower access registration purposes. A couple of days before the graduation, students will receive an email with their and their guests' QR entry codes.

Yes, after filling the form, the Graduation team will review your submission and once it is apporved you will receive a notification via email. Please note that this process can take a couple of days.
Students will be able to make changes on their own until November 2nd by submitting the form again. After that date, if you wish to make modifications, you should contact your program management. Last date to make changes will be November 28th. After that day we won't accept more modifications.

Graduations website where you can rent the gowns.
Yes. We want to give the on campus celebration the solemnity
and importance it deserves, so all students attending the on campus
event will wear a cap and gown.
On the day of your graduation event there will be a booth where
you can pick up your cap and gown. It is located on campus in
the private area for graduates.
No. The gown is rented, but you can keep the cap.
If you reserved the gown and are unable to attend, please send
an email to your respective Program Management and a refund
will be processed.
Yes, at the end of the graduation you can take the graduation cap
as a souvenir of the event.
You can register your guests through the same link that we provided for your registration. We sent it to your email and that you will find on this website. Remember deadline is Nov 2nd at 23:55h.
You can obtain them by requesting them from your peers who are
attending the same event as you (date and time) who will not be using
theirs. In order for this to work, you must ask them to list your guest as
theirs on the registration form.
You can make modifications by submiting again the same registration form before November 2nd. After that date, if you want to modify any information you can to contact your respective Program Management. The deadline to do modifications is November 28th.
All guests old enough to occupy a seat must be registered.
Yes, we have spaces for attendees with reduced mobility. Please contact
your respective Program Management to request these spaces.
You will be able to leave your stroller in the cloakroom. The deposit system
will be the same as a normal coat. When you leave the stroller, you will be
given a ticket in exchange. You can go back to the stroller as many times as
you need to, you just need to show the ticket each time you do so. Once
you leave, you can hand over the ticket and the stroller will be given back
to you.
All attendees must be registered for graduation. Closer to the date of the event, we will send an invitation/QR code per guest to the students email.

If you need an invitation letter for your guests to get the VISA, please
contact student services at Student.Services@ie.edu with the following
information:
- The family member/members information (name, nationality, passport
number)
- Their relation to you
- Consulate where they will apply for their visas

must be requested preferably 1 month in advance.

an hour and a half where you can be with classmates, family
and teachers. Please note that there will be vegetarian options

Graduates should arrive an hour and a half before the event.
Guests may arrive an hour before the event.
The graduation ceremony lasts from 1h30 to 2 hours, depending on the number of students graduating and it is followed by a catering service which will be 1h30 extra.
No. Participation in the cocktail event is optional.
No. You may only attend the event you are graduating in. If you wish to attend another event, you must attend as a guest of another student who is graduating at that event.
There will be a cloakroom where suitcases can be stored, only if they are hand luggage.
You will have access to the graduation photos in the days following the event. You can find the link on the graduation website.

The IE Tower parking lot won't be available for guests. You can park in the Caleido parking lot next to the IE Tower at your own expense.
