Sarah Harmon is the CEO at Odilo, a global learning experience platform that enables any organization to create its own unlimited learning ecosystem. Under her leadership, Odilo is scaling its impact across 50+ countries, serving over 170 million users through public institutions, schools, universities, and corporations. 
With more than 30 years in the technology sector, Sarah brings deep leadership experience from startups to global tech giants. She was previously Global CEO of Sngular, a high-growth technology and talent company, and before that, the CEO of Habitissimo, where she led the Spanish startup through a successful acquisition. Earlier in her career, she served as Country Manager for LinkedIn Spain & Portugal, where she drove a 10x revenue increase and helped grow the platform to over 14 million users in the region. 
Sarah has held senior roles at Microsoft, Oracle, and United Healthcare, building a track record in business growth, digital transformation, and people-centric leadership. She currently serves on the board of CaixaBank Payments & Consumer and is is Board Chair of Foundation29.
She has received several prestigious awards, including being recognized as the Innovation CEO of the Year by the Association of HR Executives of Spain in 2023, LinkedIn EMEA New Hire of the Year in 2015, one of the Top 100 Women Leaders in 2014 and 2015, and was named "The Most Zen Executive" by El Mundo Zen Adecco in 2018.
