Dr. Grandolini is an organizational psychologist passionate about fostering healthy and regenerative cultures. She thrives in combining academic rigor with practical insights from 15+ years of experience across leadership, learning, management consulting and clinical psychology. Currently, Lucrecia is the Global Head of Learning at Investec. Prior to that she worked as management consultant within the Human Capital practice at Deloitte in London, United Kingdom. Lucrecia holds a doctorate degree in Learning and Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania, an MSc. in Social Psychology from London School of Economics, and a MA and BA in Clinical Psychology from Universidad Catolica Argentina. Lucrecia lives in London with her loving husband and daughter.
