Emily Ricci has been a People and Talent leader for more than 18 years and is currently an Adjunct Professor of Learning & Development at IE University. Previously, Emily led Learning and Development for Americas Operations at Apple and Learning, Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness at Robinhood. In the organizations she serves, Emily is responsible for setting and driving learning and leadership strategy, building foundational learning and leadership programs and systems, and creating critical knowledge and development architecture. Emily has been a resident of Austin, Texas since 2015, where she is Chair of the Austin Public Broadcast System (PBS) Community Advisory Board and Chapter Lead for Ignite ATX, a community public speaking forum. for In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time with her son, traveling widely, staying active, and consuming as much music (and as many tacos) as possible.
