María Mercedes is an Associate Director of Undergraduate Programs at IE Law School. Before moving to Spain, she studied the Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Venezuela and specialized in Taxation Law, with a special focus on International Tax. After several years of professional experience in one of Venezuela’s top law firms, she moved to Madrid and completed the LL.M. in International Business Law at IE Law School in 2015. She obtained the LL.B. in Spain shortly after. Since then, she has worked on consultancy firms and, within IE Law School, for both the Master Programs and the Undergraduate Programs.
